Pronatura Sur works in the south of Mexico, mostly in Chiapas, Oaxaca, and Guerrero.

Pronatura Sur manages protected areas, conducts research, and helps indigenous people improve their agriculture and sustainably manage their forest resources. Its work includes generation of economic and social development alternatives based on the sustainable management of resources, and promotion of fair and green markets.
