Joana Apóstolo

Joana joined SAN in 2025 as Grantwriter, leading end-to-end proposal development for institutional donors and foundations. She previously managed grants and fundraising at APOIAR, ANP|WWF, and IPS across development, conservation, and human rights. She holds a Double Master’s in Politics and Government in Africa and the Global South (Sciences Po Bordeaux/University of Coimbra) with certifications in ESG, proposal writing, and social project design.
