Mission Statement
ADC is a non-profit organization that implements research activities and trainings in the fields of agriculture, forestry, sustainable livelihoods, climate change, and natural resource conservation.
Geographic Scope
ADC works with vulnerable communities - especially women from ethnic minorities - in the rural and mountainous areas of Vietnam.
Work Areas
Agriculture, forestry, and sustainable livelihood development. Ensuring food security plays an important role in poverty alleviation.
Climate change and disaster risk management. Climate change adaptation based on indigenous knowledge.
Natural resource management and biodiversity conservation. Community-based natural resource use and management.
Networking and development opportunities. Supporting ethnic minority communities to have access to policies and information, ensuring their voices are listened to by policy makers.
