Carlos Rodolfo Cortés Tormo is the Corporate Services Director since February 2021. With more than 30 years of experience with expertise in NGO’s, education, logistics, retail, commercial real estate development and administration, and agribusiness.
He has a track record of developing and leading high-performance teams and executing complex projects in top companies. He has a high proficiency in all IT areas, providing an integral vision of how technology can push an organization forward. He is a strong business partner and expert in working cross-functionally with executive-level business leaders to design strategic initiatives, operationally execute them, and drive sustainable profit growth.
He obtained his MBA from INCAE Business School and his degrees in Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Kansas State University.
