Caroline is a seasoned international affairs professional with a global heart and a deep belief in the power of collaboration to drive meaningful change. With over a decade of experience across government, the private sector, and international organizations, she blends strategic diplomacy with a passion for the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), forging partnerships that deliver lasting impact.
Before joining SAN, Caroline worked at the World Health Organization’s Regional Office for Africa, supporting 47 country offices on strategic partnerships, resource mobilization, grant compliance, advocacy, and donor engagement. She also held leadership roles at Firjan in Rio de Janeiro, where she managed over 80 partnerships and led the design and implementation of performance platforms. Earlier, at the Public Prosecutor’s Office in São Paulo, she led initiatives focused on public service digitalization, human rights and environmental justice.
Caroline holds a BA in International Relations and an MBA in Public Administration. She speaks Portuguese, English, Spanish, French, and Italian. Now based between Brazil and Europe, she is passionate about inclusive development, intercultural dialogue, and building bridges across sectors to help shape a fairer, more sustainable future.
