Isaiah Lekesike
Associate Manager, Strategic Programs
Isaiah Lekesike is a seasoned development professional with over 8 years of experience designing and leading high-impact programs in economic inclusion, food security, and climate resilience across East and Horn of Africa. He joined the Sustainable Agriculture Network (SAN) in 2025 as Associate Manager, Strategic Programs, where he supports cross-regional initiatives that advance regenerative agriculture, ethical sourcing, and inclusive livelihoods.
Isaiah has held senior leadership roles with organizations such as Village Enterprise, World Vision, and CAFOD, managing complex partnerships and working closely with government and grassroots actors to drive systemic change.
He holds a Master’s in Global Business and Sustainability and a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Sciences from EARTH University in Costa Rica. Isaiah is also the founder of Arable CBO, a grassroots organization restoring degraded landscapes and promoting agroecology in Northern Kenya.
Fluent in English, Swahili and Spanish, he is passionate about climate justice, locally led development, and transforming food systems to work for both people and the planet.
