Natalie Marcarian is a dynamic Partnerships Manager and International Development specialist with expertise in grant writing, securing sustainable funding, and managing high-impact, multi-year projects. She has raised a significant amount of funding for global initiatives and is dedicated to driving systemic social change through innovative and sustainable solutions. With a particular focus on addressing gender-based violence, Natalie served as the Head of Global Partnerships at Safe YOU, where she spearheaded international collaborations with governments, UN agencies, private institutions, and civil society organizations to expand the organization’s impact worldwide. Natalie’s passion lies in fostering equality, sustainability, and transformative solutions to global social challenges. She has received advanced training in Monitoring and Evaluation, participated in the Google for Startups Impact Academy, and completed the SPARK Innovation Center Startup Incubator Program by Les Roches. She holds a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) and a Bachelor of Arts (International Development & Women’s and Gender Studies) from the University of New South Wales (UNSW), as well as a Master of Global Public Policy from SOAS University of London.
